Situated in the heart of Fitzrovia, this project involved the conversion of a five-storey listed building, including a ground-floor retail unit, into a series of luxurious studio apartments designed to reflect both elegance and functionality.

Respecting the heritage of the building, our team worked meticulously to ensure that all work complied with listed building regulations, while introducing modern, high-quality finishes to meet the expectations of residents and tenants.

Project highlights include full conversion of all five floors into high-end studio apartments, optimised for modern city living, a renovated ground-floor retail space, suitable for boutique or high-street business use, marble kitchen worktops for a clean, luxurious aesthetic, engineered wood flooring, combining style, warmth, and durability, bespoke wooden furniture, including built-in wardrobes and beds, tailored to each apartment for a seamless, high-end finish, careful integration of contemporary elements within the historic structure, preserving the building’s original character while elevating its functionality.
