Key features of the project include thoughtful conversion of all four floors into well-appointed studio apartments, maximising space, light, and usability, bespoke handcrafted cornices installed throughout hallways and individual flats, preserving the building’s historic character, marble worktops in kitchens for a luxurious and durable finish, herringbone flooring, adding warmth and timeless style to living spaces, victorian-style tiles at the entrance, enhancing the building's period façade, wall panelling throughout the hallway, introducing a classic, elegant touch in keeping with the property’s heritage.
