The Outcome
Located in the iconic Notting Hill, this remarkable project involved the transformation of a former six-storey BBC hotel into a collection of luxury studios and one-bedroom apartments, each designed to offer refined city living while preserving the building’s original charm.
The focus was on retaining the character of the historic structure while introducing premium finishes and modern comforts. Our team carefully restored and enhanced the interior spaces, combining old-world elegance with contemporary quality.
Project highlights include, conversion across all six floors, creating a mix of high-spec studio and one-bedroom apartments, restoration and refurbishment of the original fireplaces, including the surrounding features, to preserve a sense of timeless beauty, bespoke-made cornices installed throughout the hallways and apartments, in keeping with the building's classic style, engineered wood flooring adds warmth, durability, and elegance, marble kitchen worktops deliver a sleek, luxurious finish, retention of a classic hallway aesthetic, enhancing the flow and atmosphere of the building’s common areas.
